I am Talha Abid, a freelance developer in Lahore who delivers SEO for US small businesses with specialists on my team, working US hours since 2019. SEO does not have to cost $2,000 a month to work. For most small businesses the wins are technical fixes, a properly built Google Business Profile, service pages that answer what buyers search for, and a steady trickle of relevant links. I do that work with a small team, on a monthly plan you can cancel any time.

What does Affordable SEO include?

Affordable SEO is a monthly SEO plan sized for a small business with one location and one core service. It covers technical fixes, service pages, Google Business Profile work and a modest number of relevant links each month. I own the technical work and page builds, and specialists on my team handle content and outreach. You get a plan with no contract and a plain monthly report.

A good fit if

  • Single-location small businesses with a modest monthly budget
  • Owners burned by reports-only SEO who want to see the actual work
  • Sites on WordPress, Webflow or Shopify that need technical cleanup plus steady content

Probably not for you if

  • Businesses that need leads this month, where ads are the faster route
  • National ecommerce brands in highly competitive categories
  • Anyone looking for a ranking guarantee or a fixed number of leads

What changes for your business?

  1. 01

Rank for the service-plus-city terms your customers actually type

  2. 02

A site that passes Google’s technical checks so content has a chance to rank

  3. 03

A monthly report you can read in five minutes, showing pages, rankings and leads

What affordable should mean

Not $99 a month for automated reports and nothing done. Affordable means a plan sized to your market: one location, one core service, a set number of pages and links per month, and a report that shows exactly what changed. If your market needs more than that to move, I will tell you before you pay.

What does Affordable SEO cost, and what is in the quote?

Projects start at $249 per month. Every item below is included. Nothing becomes an upsell later.

  • Technical audit and fixes: speed, indexing, schema, mobile
  • Keyword plan built from real search data
  • Service and location pages written to rank and convert
  • Google Business Profile optimization and review strategy
  • Monthly link building from relevant sites
  • Rank and lead tracking with a plain-English monthly report

What SEO includes each month on this plan

Month one is mostly mine. I run a technical audit, fix the indexing problems Search Console reports, repair titles and meta descriptions, and add schema markup. I also deal with Core Web Vitals issues such as slow LCP or layout shift. Then I build the keyword plan from real search data, so later content has a target. You give me access to the site, Search Console and your Google Business Profile.

From month two the rhythm is steady. Each month brings a set number of new or rewritten pages, internal links added from existing pages, and outreach for links from relevant sites. SEO specialists on my team write from content briefs I approve, and I build and publish the pages myself. The monthly report lists pages shipped, links earned, ranking movement and leads. You can read it in five minutes.

Where affordable SEO for small business goes wrong

Accounts I take over from cheap providers tend to look alike. There is an automated PDF report every month and no record of any change to the site. Blog posts target terms no customer would type. Links come from unrelated directories and article networks. Meanwhile the service pages, the ones that could bring a paying customer, hold two paragraphs and a stock photo.

My fix is to narrow the scope until the budget can do real work. One location, one core service, a short list of pages that matter. Each service page is rebuilt to answer what a buyer asks before calling: what is included, rough cost, service area and proof. Plans start at $249 per month for a single-location business. If your market needs more than that to move, I say so after the free audit and before you pay.

How long SEO takes and what changes that

Technical fixes and Google Business Profile changes can show within weeks, since Google only has to recrawl what already exists. New pages aimed at competitive terms usually need three to six months. Three things move that window. A site with some history and existing links responds faster than a new domain. A small town is easier than a metro area. A site with heavy technical debt spends longer in cleanup before content can count.

This monthly SEO plan differs from my local SEO service in focus. Local SEO is built around the map pack, citations and reviews for businesses that serve a defined area. This plan is broader. It suits businesses whose customers search for a service or product without a city attached, or who need both covered on a modest budget. I never promise a ranking or a date.

Affordable SEO: the questions buyers ask.

How much do your SEO services cost?

Plans start at $249 a month for a single-location business. Competitive metro markets and multi-location businesses are quoted after a free audit. No contracts.

How long before I see results?

Technical fixes and Google Business Profile changes often show within weeks. Ranking new pages for competitive terms takes three to six months. Anyone promising page one in 30 days is selling something else.

Do you do the work yourself?

Technical SEO, page builds and schema are mine. Content and link outreach are handled with an SEO specialist on my team, and I review everything before it ships.

What is the difference between cheap SEO and affordable SEO?

Cheap SEO sells activity you cannot verify, such as automated reports and bulk directory links. Affordable SEO does a smaller amount of real work and shows it. On my plan the monthly report lists every page edited, every page published and every link earned. The price stays low because the scope is narrow: one location and one core service.

Can I cancel my monthly SEO plan at any time?

Yes. There is no contract and no minimum term. You pay month to month and can stop with a message. Everything built during the plan stays yours: the pages, the schema, the Google Business Profile improvements and the links. I do suggest judging the work over three to six months, since new pages take that long to settle.

Do I need a new website before starting SEO?

Usually not. Most small business sites on WordPress, Webflow or Shopify can be fixed in place, and the first month of the plan covers that. A rebuild makes sense when the site is very slow, cannot be edited, or has no room in its structure for service pages. The free audit tells you which case you are in before you pay anything.

What do you need from me on the monthly SEO plan?

Very little after setup. At the start I need site access, Search Console, Google Analytics and your Google Business Profile. Each month I may ask a few questions about your services, send page drafts for an accuracy check, and request photos of real work. Owners who reply promptly get better pages, since the content reflects how the business really operates.
