I am Talha Abid, a freelance developer in Lahore who delivers SEO for US dental practices with specialists on my team, working US hours since 2019. Patients pick a dentist the way they pick a restaurant: they search, look at the map, read reviews and book. Dental SEO puts your practice in that map for the treatments you want more of, with pages for implants, Invisalign, emergency care and cosmetic work that answer what people are searching before they call.

What does Dental SEO include?

Dental SEO is ongoing work on your Google Business Profile, your treatment pages and your site's technical health. The goal is that nearby patients find your practice when they search for a dentist or a specific procedure. It is for owner dentists and office managers who want more new-patient inquiries from search. Each month ends with a report of calls, booking requests and positions.

A good fit if

  • Owner dentists who want more implant, Invisalign or emergency patients from their own area
  • Practices with a real office, real reviews and a front desk that answers the phone
  • Dentists willing to review treatment page drafts for clinical accuracy

Probably not for you if

  • Practices expecting map rankings in cities far from their office
  • Anyone who wants a guaranteed position or a guaranteed patient count
  • Offices locked into a platform that blocks site edits and unwilling to move

What does Dental SEO cost, and what is in the quote?

Projects start at $349 per month. Every item below is included. Nothing becomes an upsell later.

  • Google Business Profile optimization for the practice and each dentist
  • Treatment and service pages with medical schema
  • Location pages for multi-office practices
  • Review request automation after appointments
  • Technical SEO and site speed for your practice website
  • Monthly rankings and new-patient call tracking

Google Business Profile for dentists comes first

Most people searching for a dentist see the map results before any website. Those results are fed by your Google Business Profile, so I start there. I check the primary category and add secondary categories only for services you really provide. Then I fill in services, hours, appointment links and insurance notes. Photos of your office, operatories and team replace stock images. I also check that your name, address and phone match across the main directories.

Multi-dentist practices have an extra wrinkle. Each dentist can have a practitioner listing, and those listings can split your reviews or show up in place of the practice. I sort out which listings should exist and point each at the right page. I also set up review requests after appointments. Replies stay general, because a reply should never confirm that someone is a patient or mention treatment.

New patient pages and treatment pages I build

One general services page is a weak answer to searches for implants, Invisalign, emergency visits or whitening. Each treatment you want more of gets its own page. The page covers who the treatment suits, what the visits involve, recovery, how payment and insurance work, and which dentist performs it. You review every clinical statement before it goes live, since those claims are yours to make.

New patient pages do a different job. Someone comparing practices wants to know if you take their insurance, what a first visit costs without coverage, and how soon they can be seen. I build a new patient page, an insurance and financing page, and an emergency dentist page stating your real same-day policy. The technical work, the pages and the tracking are mine. Content writing and link building are delivered with specialists on my team, and I remain your single point of contact.

SEO for a single-location dental practice

Map results lean heavily on how close the searcher is to your front door. A single-location practice shows up most in the neighborhoods around it, and an honest plan accepts that. So I aim the work at the area you can realistically draw from. That means the profile, reviews, treatment pages, and local details that are true, such as parking, transit stops and nearby landmarks.

Practices with several offices need a location page per office. Each has its own address, hours, dentists and booking link, and connects to its own profile. In both cases I track phone calls and booking requests from organic search and from the profile. The monthly report shows patient inquiries next to positions. I cannot promise a ranking, and I will tell you early if your market needs a bigger budget than you planned.

Dental SEO: the questions buyers ask.

Do you work with dental practice websites on any platform?

Yes. Most practice sites run on WordPress or a dental-marketing platform. I work inside whatever you have, or rebuild it if it is holding rankings back.

How is dental SEO different from general SEO?

It is almost entirely local and treatment-specific. The map pack matters more than blog posts, and pages for specific procedures outperform a general services page.

What does dental SEO cost per month?

Dental SEO with me starts at $349 per month. The fee covers Google Business Profile work, page building, technical fixes, tracking and the monthly report. Practices with several offices, or markets that need heavier content and link building, cost more, and I quote those after looking at your site. Send me your website and city, and you get a fixed quote within one business day.

Can my practice rank in the next town over with one office?

In the map results it is unlikely, and I would mislead you by saying otherwise. Map listings favor practices close to the searcher. What you can do is publish a useful page for that town and compete in the regular results below the map. If that town matters enough to the business, a second office with its own profile is the real fix.

How should we reply to Google reviews without breaking patient privacy rules?

Keep replies general and never confirm that the reviewer is a patient. Thank them or invite them to call the office, and leave out appointment details, treatment and anything from their record. That applies to negative reviews too, even when the reviewer shared details first. I write a short set of reply templates for your front desk, and your compliance advisor has the final word.

Does a dental practice need a blog for SEO?

A blog is rarely the first priority for a practice. The profile, reviews and treatment pages usually matter more than articles. Once those are in place, a small number of posts answering real patient questions can support the treatment pages. Examples are implant recovery or what to do with a knocked-out tooth. I would skip generic weekly posts that nobody searches for.
