I am Talha Abid, a freelance funnel developer in Lahore who has built 30+ ClickFunnels funnels and 65+ GoHighLevel systems, so I know both builders well enough to move one into the other. Migrations start at $499 fixed and most single-funnel businesses are live in GoHighLevel within one to two weeks. ClickFunnels has no export button for GoHighLevel. Every page is rebuilt in the GHL builder, every follow-up sequence becomes a workflow, every order form is recreated with your Stripe products, and every old URL gets a redirect. Done in the right order, the old funnel keeps selling while the new one is checked, and the ClickFunnels bill stops the week you switch.

What does ClickFunnels to GoHighLevel Migration include?
A ClickFunnels to GoHighLevel migration rebuilds your funnels, sequences, order forms and memberships inside a GoHighLevel sub-account, imports your contacts with their tags, and redirects every old URL, so the business keeps selling while the platform changes underneath it. It is for coaches, course sellers and agencies paying for ClickFunnels plus separate CRM and email tools who want one account they own.
A good fit if
- A coach or course seller with one to five live funnels who pays for ClickFunnels, a CRM and an email tool separately
- A business that already runs GoHighLevel for the CRM and wants the funnels in the same account
- Agencies moving several client accounts who want one repeatable snapshot
Probably not for you if
- Anyone expecting a one-click export; the pages are rebuilt and the quote reflects that
- Funnels tied to tools with no GoHighLevel equivalent yet, where a half-migration would leave two systems running
- Accounts whose owner wants to cancel ClickFunnels before the new funnel has taken a real order
What changes for your business?
- 01
Every old funnel URL redirects to its new page, so ads, emails and search results keep working on launch day
- 02
Contacts arrive with their tags and purchase history, and the sequences that were running pick up where they stopped
- 03
One account bills you for the funnel, the CRM and the follow-up, and everything in it is registered in your name
What moves from ClickFunnels, and how
Pages are rebuilt section by section in the GoHighLevel builder, with the design matched or improved and the custom code carried over. Contacts come out as a CSV with their tags and purchase history and go in with the same tags. Follow-up sequences become workflows with the same waits and conditions. Order forms, bumps and upsells are recreated against your Stripe products. Memberships move into GoHighLevel memberships. Your domain connects to the new account and every old path gets a 301 redirect, so ads, emails and search results keep landing somewhere that works.
Why people leave ClickFunnels for GoHighLevel
ClickFunnels is a page builder; the CRM, calendar, phone and texting that a funnel needs live in other tools and other bills. GoHighLevel puts all of it in one account on its $97 Starter plan: pipelines, calendars, two-way SMS and email, a phone number, reviews and the workflows that tie them together. Most of my migration clients are coaches and course sellers who were paying for ClickFunnels plus a CRM plus an email tool and wanted one system they own. The pricing guide below explains which GoHighLevel plan fits.
The order that keeps revenue coming in
The new funnel is built and tested on a staging domain while the old one keeps running. Test purchases go through Stripe in test mode, sequences get test sends, and the A2P 10DLC registration for US texting is filed on day one because the carriers approve it on their own timeline. Contacts are imported last, the domain is pointed, the redirects go live, and ClickFunnels stays active for two more weeks while Search Console and the ad landing pages are watched. Then it gets cancelled.
What does ClickFunnels to GoHighLevel Migration cost, and what is in the quote?
Projects start at $499. Every item below is included. Nothing becomes an upsell later.
- Audit of every funnel, page, sequence, product and integration in ClickFunnels, written up as a migration map
- Pages rebuilt in the GoHighLevel builder, design matched or improved, custom code carried over
- Contacts, tags and purchase data imported; Stripe products, order forms, bumps and upsells recreated
- Email and SMS sequences rebuilt as workflows, with A2P 10DLC registration for US texting
- Domain connection, 301 redirect map for every old URL, pixels and analytics re-added
- Parallel run, launch checks and 30 days of fixes
Mapping the account before anything is rebuilt
The audit comes first and it is written down. Every funnel and every step gets a line: its URL, whether the page carries custom code, which sequence it triggers, which Stripe product its order form sells, and which tools hang off it through Zapier, a calendar or a webinar platform. Memberships are listed with their lessons and drip rules. The result is a migration map: old URL to new page, old sequence to new workflow, old tag to new tag. That map is what the fixed quote is written from, so there are no surprises halfway through.
The map is also where things get left behind on purpose. A ClickFunnels account that has run for a few years carries dead funnels, duplicate pages built for a test that never ran, and tags nobody remembers creating. Moving less makes the new account cleaner and the sequences easier to reason about. I mark each item keep, merge or drop, and you sign the list before the first page is rebuilt.
Rebuilding pages, forms and checkouts in the GoHighLevel builder
There is no import between the two builders, so each page is rebuilt from the live funnel, section by section, with the fonts, colours and spacing matched. Countdown timers, calculators and video embeds are carried over as custom code or replaced with native GoHighLevel elements where those are more reliable. Forms and surveys become GoHighLevel forms that write into custom fields, so the answers feed the pipeline instead of sitting in a spreadsheet. Order forms are recreated against your Stripe products with the same bumps and one-click upsells, and two-step order forms stay two-step where ClickFunnels used them. Course content moves into GoHighLevel memberships with the same drip schedule.
Tracking is rebuilt rather than copied. The Meta pixel, the Google tag and the conversion events go on the right steps, thank-you pages carry the purchase value, and UTM parameters pass through so the attribution you had keeps working. Every page is checked on a phone before it is called done, because most funnel traffic arrives on one.
Contacts, sequences and the switch-over
Contacts come out of ClickFunnels as a CSV with their tags and purchase history and go into GoHighLevel with the same tags, and anyone who unsubscribed stays unsubscribed. Sequences are rebuilt as workflows with the same waits, the same conditions and a stop when the contact replies or buys. A new sending domain is set up with SPF, DKIM and DMARC so the first emails from the new account do not land in spam, and the A2P 10DLC registration goes in on day one so text messages are delivered when the sequences start.
The switch-over runs in a fixed order. The new funnel is finished on a staging domain and tested with real cards in Stripe test mode. Contacts are imported last so nothing is missed. The domain is pointed at GoHighLevel, the redirects go live for every old path, and ClickFunnels stays active for two more weeks while Search Console and the ad landing pages are watched. Only after that sign-off does the old subscription get cancelled.

ClickFunnels to GoHighLevel Migration: the questions buyers ask.
Can ClickFunnels funnels be exported to GoHighLevel?
No. ClickFunnels share links only work inside ClickFunnels, and there is no file format the GoHighLevel builder reads. Pages are rebuilt by hand from the live funnel. With the design in front of me a typical page takes hours rather than days, which is why a single funnel migrates in one to two weeks.
How long does a ClickFunnels to GoHighLevel migration take?
One to two weeks for one to three funnels with their sequences and order forms. Accounts with memberships, many sequences or years of funnels take longer and are quoted after the audit. The old funnel stays live throughout, so the timeline never means downtime.
What does the migration cost?
From $499 for one funnel with its sequence and order form. Bigger accounts are quoted after the audit, and the quote is fixed before any work starts, with the migration map attached so you can see what each line covers.
Does it matter whether I am on ClickFunnels 2.0 or Classic?
Both migrate. Classic exports contacts and Follow-Up Funnels data as CSV; 2.0 exports contacts the same way and its courses map onto GoHighLevel memberships more directly. Order forms differ between the two, so the audit notes which products, bumps and upsells exist before anything is rebuilt.
What happens to my ClickFunnels subscription during the move?
Keep it until the new funnel has taken real orders and the redirects have been checked, usually two weeks after launch. Cancelling early is the one way to lose pages and contacts, so I ask every client to wait for the sign-off before closing the account.
Do my funnel URLs stay the same?
Your domain stays the same; the page paths usually change, because the two builders name steps differently. Every old path gets a 301 redirect to its new page, so links in old emails, ads and search results keep working. Ads should still be repointed to the new URLs once the funnel is live, and I list them in the handover.
What happens to email deliverability after the move?
A new sending domain is set up in GoHighLevel with SPF, DKIM and DMARC before the first campaign. For large lists the first sends go to the most engaged segment so the new domain builds a reputation, and the sequences start with the contacts who were mid-sequence rather than the whole list at once.
Can you migrate a membership or course?
Yes. Lessons, videos and downloads move into GoHighLevel memberships with the same drip rules, students are re-invited with new logins, and purchase status is mapped so paying students keep access and lapsed ones do not. Live-session links and community posts move too where the tools allow an export.
Can my agency hire you to migrate client accounts?
Yes. I work inside your agency account under your brand, quote per client account, and turn the first migration into a snapshot so the next ones take less time. Your clients never see my name.
