GoHighLevel Pricing Explained: Which Plan You Actually Need
GoHighLevel costs $97, $297 or $497 a month. Here is what each plan includes, the usage costs nobody mentions, and which one fits a local business, a coach or an agency.

GoHighLevel has three main plans. The prices are simple. Deciding which one you need is where most people get stuck, because the plan names say nothing about who they are for.
I have built more than seventy GoHighLevel systems for agencies, coaches and local businesses. This is the explanation I give clients before they sign up.
The three plans at a glance
Prices below are the monthly figures listed on HighLevel’s pricing page at the time of writing. Annual billing takes roughly two months off each.
| Plan | Monthly | Who it is for |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | $97 | One business, up to three sub-accounts |
| Unlimited | $297 | Agencies with unlimited client sub-accounts, API access, branded desktop app |
| SaaS Pro (Agency Pro) | $497 | Agencies reselling GHL as their own software with rebilling and SaaS mode |
Every plan includes the full toolset: CRM and pipelines, funnel and website builder, forms and surveys, calendars, email and SMS marketing, workflows, reputation management, memberships and the mobile app. The difference is how many accounts you can run and what you can do with them.
Starter at $97: for one business
If you run one business and want GoHighLevel to replace your CRM, your booking tool, your email platform and your funnel builder, Starter is enough. You get up to three sub-accounts, so a business with two locations still fits.
What Starter does not include is API access and the ability to add unlimited sub-accounts. For a single business neither matters.
Unlimited at $297: for agencies
The moment you manage GoHighLevel for other businesses, you need Unlimited. Each client gets their own sub-account, you get a branded desktop app under your own domain, and you get API access for custom integrations.
Most of my agency clients sit on this plan. It is the right choice if you want to deliver GHL as a service but do not want to charge clients a software subscription.
SaaS Pro at $497: for reselling GHL
SaaS Pro adds SaaS mode: you set your own pricing tiers, clients sign up and pay you through Stripe, and HighLevel handles the provisioning. You can rebill usage costs for phone, email and AI features with a markup, and you can run the whole thing under your brand.
This is the plan for agencies that want recurring software revenue on top of service revenue. It only pays off if you have enough clients to cover the extra $200 a month, which in practice means five or more.
The costs that are not on the pricing page
The plan fee is not the whole bill. Budget for these:
- Phone and SMS. Calls, texts and phone numbers run through LC Phone and are billed per use. A local business sending a few thousand texts a month typically spends $20 to $60.
- Email sending. LC Email is billed per thousand emails. Small lists cost a few dollars a month.
- AI features. Conversation AI, voice AI and workflow AI steps are metered. Costs scale with usage, so start with them off and turn on what pays for itself.
- Premium workflow actions and triggers. Some integrations are billed per execution.
- Setup. Building the system properly, which is where I come in, is a one-off cost that saves months of trial and error.
None of these are hidden. They are just easy to miss when you only look at the plan prices.
Which plan I recommend
- A local service business (pest control, dental, roofing, real estate team): Starter. You will not outgrow it unless you open several locations.
- A coach or course creator with one brand: Starter, unless you need API access for a custom integration.
- An agency managing clients: Unlimited. Every client gets a sub-account and you keep your own branding.
- An agency that wants software revenue: SaaS Pro, once you have enough clients to justify it.
Is GoHighLevel worth it?
For a business paying separately for a CRM, an email tool, a booking tool, a funnel builder and a review tool, GoHighLevel usually costs less than the combined bill and removes the integrations between them. For an agency, it is the platform most of the industry has standardised on.
The value depends entirely on setup. An account with a default pipeline and no workflows is an expensive contact list. An account with instant lead response, missed-call text-back, reminders and review requests running from day one pays for itself in the first month.
HighLevel offers a free trial, so you can test the platform before committing. If you decide to sign up, you can start a free GoHighLevel trial here. That is an affiliate link, which means I may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. It does not change my recommendation about which plan to pick.
