How projects run.

You send a brief, and I reply with a fixed quote within one business day. The quote lists exactly what is included, the timeline, and what I need from you.

If the scope changes after we start, you get a new quote for the change before any extra work happens. There are no surprise invoices.

New clients pay half up front and half on delivery, by bank transfer, Wise or Payoneer, or by card through a payment request. Direct payment carries no marketplace fee on either side. Returning clients can agree different terms with me in writing.

Small fixes and ongoing tweaks can run hourly at $50 an hour, with an estimate before I start and the time used shown on the invoice. Care plans are billed monthly and include two hours of edits each month.

Work starts as soon as the deposit arrives, so the deposit is not refundable once work has begun; it covers the work already done. The second half is only due on delivery, so if a project cannot be delivered as quoted, you owe nothing more.

Projects are rarely cancelled. When one stalls on your side, it is paused and picked up again when you are ready, and the quote is honored as long as the scope has not changed. Orders placed through Fiverr or Upwork follow that platform's cancellation and refund rules.

Each quote states the delivery time. Most builds ship in days, and the biggest variable is how quickly content and approvals come back from you. If something on my side will move a date, you hear about it before the date, not after.

Every project includes 30 days of fixes after delivery for anything that does not work as quoted. After that, changes run hourly, as a new fixed quote, or under a care plan.

Design revisions during a project are part of the quote; a change of direction after approval is a scope change and gets its own quote.

Accounts, domains, sending domains and the software subscriptions are registered in your name. I work as a user inside them and you can remove that access at any time. When the project ends you hold every login, the recorded walkthrough and the written notes.

I never need your personal passwords. Platforms such as Shopify, GoHighLevel and WordPress let you add me as a collaborator or a separate user, and that is how access is given.

On final payment, the design, copy and code built for you belong to you. Third-party themes, plugins, fonts and platform subscriptions stay under their own licences, registered in your name.

I sign an NDA on request before you share anything sensitive. For agencies I work white-label: inside your accounts and sub-accounts, under your brand, reporting to you while your client deals only with you. Nothing built under your brand appears on this site without your written consent.

Every price in a guide is either my own published price or a figure from a named page, with the date I checked it. Where a guide links to a platform through my referral link, the link says so; HighLevel pays me a referral commission if you sign up, and you pay the same price either way. If you find an error, send it through the contact page and I will correct it with a note.

If you prefer marketplace protection, the same work can be ordered through my Fiverr or Upwork profile. The platform's payment protection and dispute process then apply on top of these terms.
