GoHighLevel for coaches and course creators, from the opt-in to the course login

By Talha AbidFiverr Level 2, 65 five-star reviewsUpwork Top Rated, 15 five-star ratings, 100% job success200+ builds since 2019Updated

I am Talha Abid, a freelance GoHighLevel developer in Lahore, working US hours since 2019, with 30+ coaching and course builds across GoHighLevel and ClickFunnels, twelve of them on GoHighLevel, from a book launch funnel to a sales course and a mastermind site. For coaches and course creators I build the application or webinar funnel, discovery-call booking, checkout, course delivery and the follow-up for people who stopped halfway, in your own account. The core setup is $497 fixed, extra funnels move it toward $1,500, and it ships in 5 to 10 working days with 30 days of fixes. Most coaches pay for three systems that should be one: a funnel builder, a course platform and an email tool, with a scheduler on the side. GoHighLevel can be all of them. The setup below runs the application or webinar funnel, books the discovery call, takes the payment, delivers the course inside GoHighLevel, and follows up with everyone who did not buy. Fixed price, your own account, five to ten working days.

What does GoHighLevel for Coaches include?

GoHighLevel for coaches and course creators is one account doing the work of a funnel builder, a course platform, a scheduler and an email tool: the application or webinar funnel, the discovery-call booking, the checkout, the course delivered inside memberships, and the follow-up for everyone who stopped halfway. It is for coaches, consultants and course sellers who want the whole path in a system they own.

A good fit if

  • Coaches selling a programme on a call who want the applications filtered and the no-shows chased
  • Course creators paying for a funnel tool, a course platform and an email tool who want one account
  • Agencies launching coaches and want one snapshot for every client

Probably not for you if

  • Course businesses that need graded assessments, certificates and a large catalogue, where a dedicated platform still wins
  • Coaches who want sales emails written from scratch inside the setup price
  • Anyone expecting GoHighLevel to host the live sessions themselves

What changes for your business?

  1. 01

One system instead of three: the funnel, the course and the email tool inside one account you own

  2. 02

Every application, registration and checkout followed up, including the ones that stopped halfway

  3. 03

Discovery calls booked from the funnel with reminders that cut no-shows, and enrolled clients onboarded without a manual email

What a coaching GoHighLevel setup includes

One of three funnels, depending on what you sell: an application funnel with a short survey and a call booking for high-ticket coaching, a webinar or masterclass funnel with registration, reminders, replay and offer, or a sales page with a video, an order page and a call booking for a course or a book. Behind it, one pipeline: lead, applied, call booked, showed, offered, enrolled or declined. The follow-up covers the people who fell out at each step: the application that was started and not finished, the no-show, the registrant who watched and did not buy, the checkout that was abandoned. Enrolled clients get the welcome sequence, the course login and the onboarding call booking. Payments run through Stripe, the course lives in GoHighLevel memberships, and the A2P 10DLC registration goes in on day one so the text reminders are delivered.

What it costs

The core setup is $497 fixed: one funnel, the call calendar, the pipeline, the core follow-up sequences built to your outline, the A2P filing and a recorded walkthrough. Add a webinar or video sales funnel with a checkout, the course set up in memberships with your lessons loaded, the email sequences written out from your notes, and a community, and the quote moves toward $1,500, fixed before work starts. A funnel on ClickFunnels is its own service from $299. After launch, a care plan from $149 a month covers monthly changes and the next launch's pages, or small fixes run $50 an hour. New clients pay half up front and half on delivery, with 30 days of fixes included.

Built from a dozen GoHighLevel coaching systems

The video, order and call-booking sequence comes from a book launch funnel. The course delivery comes from a sales training course, a learning experience course, a marriage training course and a realtor course bundle, all delivered inside GoHighLevel. The mastermind version, with pricing and a blog, comes from a mastermind site. The other half of my 30+ coaching and course builds are ClickFunnels funnels, including migrations from Classic to 2.0, so if you are on ClickFunnels or Kajabi and it works, I will say so rather than move you.

What does GoHighLevel for Coaches cost, and what is in the quote?

Projects start at $497. Every item below is included. Nothing becomes an upsell later.

  • Application, webinar or video sales funnel built in the GoHighLevel builder
  • Pipeline from lead to enrolled, with tags for offer, source and call outcome
  • Follow-up sequences: abandoned application, no-show, post-webinar, abandoned checkout, welcome and onboarding
  • Call calendar with confirmations and reminders by text and email
  • Course set up in GoHighLevel memberships with drip schedule and progress, Stripe payments and payment plans
  • Phone number, email sending domain, A2P 10DLC registration, Loom walkthrough and 30 days of fixes

Three funnels, one pipeline

High-ticket coaching sells on a call, so its funnel is an application: a page that explains who the programme is for, a short survey that asks about the goal, the situation and the budget, and a calendar for the people whose answers fit. A course sells on a page, so its funnel is a video sales page, an order page with the payment plan, and a thank-you page that books the onboarding call. A webinar or masterclass sells to a room, so its funnel is registration, reminders, the live or replay page, and the offer that follows.

Whatever the front, the pipeline behind it is the same: lead, applied or registered, call booked, showed, offered, enrolled or declined. Tags record the offer, the source and the call outcome, so after a launch you can see which ad, which email and which webinar produced the clients rather than the leads. Declined and no-show contacts stay in the pipeline for the next launch instead of disappearing.

Follow-up for the people who did not buy

Most of the money in a launch is in the people who stopped halfway, and each stop has its own sequence. An application started and not finished gets a text and an email within the hour with the link back to where they left off. A booked call that did not happen gets a message the same hour with a rebooking link, then one the next day, then nothing. A registrant who watched the webinar and did not buy gets the replay, the questions answered, and the offer deadline, over four days.

An abandoned checkout gets the cart link within the hour and once more the next morning. Everyone who enrols leaves those sequences the moment they pay and enters the welcome sequence: the login, the first lesson, the onboarding call booking, and a check-in after week one. Opt-outs are honoured automatically, and the A2P 10DLC registration is filed on day one so the text reminders arrive before the call rather than after it.

Course delivery, payments and the community inside the account

The course itself lives in GoHighLevel memberships: lessons with video and downloads, dripped by schedule or unlocked by purchase, with progress visible to you. Stripe takes the payment in full or as a plan, and a failed instalment triggers a reminder and, after a grace period you set, locks the course until it is paid. Refunds run through Stripe and a workflow removes access the same day.

If the programme has a group, GoHighLevel communities give it a home next to the course, so clients are not sent off to a Facebook group you do not control. Zoom or your video host still runs the live sessions; the account sends the invitations, the reminders and the replay links. Everything, the list, the pages, the course and the community, stays in your account, so changing a coach, an agency or a platform later never means starting over.

Full portfolio

GoHighLevel for Coaches: the questions buyers ask.

What does a coaching GoHighLevel setup cost?

The core setup is $497 fixed: one funnel, the call calendar, the pipeline and the core follow-up. A webinar or video sales funnel with checkout, the course loaded into memberships, written email sequences and a community move the quote toward $1,500. You get the fixed price and the list of what is included before any work starts, and the GoHighLevel subscription is paid separately under your own account.

How long does it take?

Five to ten working days for one funnel, the pipeline and the follow-up. Loading a full course with many lessons adds time that depends on how ready your videos and worksheets are. The A2P 10DLC registration is filed on day one and approved on the carriers' timeline, so text reminders may start a little after the rest is live.

Can GoHighLevel host my course?

Yes. GoHighLevel memberships hold the lessons, videos and downloads, drip them on a schedule or by purchase, track progress, and lock access the moment a payment plan fails. Four of the courses in my portfolio are delivered this way. If you need certificates, quizzes with grading or a large catalogue, say so before I quote, because that is where a dedicated course platform can still win.

Should I move from ClickFunnels or Kajabi?

Only if you are paying for three tools to do what one account can do, or if your follow-up lives in a fourth. If your current stack works and the fees do not bother you, keep it; I build on ClickFunnels and Kajabi too. If you do move, the pages are rebuilt rather than exported, and the email list and course content come across with you.

Can you write the email sequences?

I build every sequence to your outline and wording, and I draft the short functional messages such as reminders and confirmations. Full sales emails written from scratch are quoted separately, because the voice has to be yours and that takes a conversation, not a template.

What is an application funnel?

A page that explains the programme, a short survey about the person's goal, situation and budget, and a calendar shown only to the people whose answers fit. It filters the calls so you spend time with people who can say yes, and it gives the follow-up sequences something to work with, because every answer becomes a tag on the contact.

Can it run a webinar?

It runs everything around the webinar: the registration page, the confirmation, the reminders by text and email, the replay page and the offer sequence afterwards. The live session itself runs on Zoom or the webinar tool you already use, and GoHighLevel sends the join link. For an evergreen masterclass, the replay page and the offer deadline run on a timer per registrant.

Does it handle payment plans and refunds?

Yes. Stripe takes payment in full or in instalments, a failed instalment starts a reminder sequence, and access to the course is locked after the grace period you choose. A refund is issued in Stripe and a workflow removes course access and tags the contact the same day, so nobody keeps the material or receives the next upsell.

Can my agency use this for its coaching clients?

Yes. The funnels, pipeline, sequences and course structure become a snapshot in your agency account with the content, numbers and integrations left out and a checklist for the per-client steps, so your team launches each new coach from the same working system. White-label means no mention of me anywhere the client can see.
