Kajabi and Kartra funnels and course sites built by someone who knows both platforms

Kajabi website design starts from a theme, and most Kajabi sites look alike because people stop there. The common Kartra problems I fix are automations that fire on the wrong list and pages that look fine on desktop and break on phones. Another is video hosted elsewhere, which misses the viewing data Kartra can record. I rebuild the mobile layout by hand, move rules to the right trigger, and document each automation in a simple table. If your business is funnel-heavy and you want one login, Kartra is a sound choice.

For a course launch I work backward from the cart open date. The waitlist or registration page goes live first, then the launch emails, the sales page, the checkout and the cart close. I set the deadline once and reference it everywhere, so the page, the emails and the timer agree. Payment plans and any early-bird price get their own checkout test. Before the list hears about it, I run a test purchase and a test refund.

The membership area is where students decide whether to stay. I structure modules and lessons so the first win comes early, and set drip schedules where content should release over time. Downloads and a clear next-lesson path go in as well. For memberships with tiers, each level only sees its own content.
