I am Talha Abid, a freelance developer in Lahore who builds websites for US dental practices, working US hours since 2019. A dental website has one job: make it easy for a nervous person on their phone to book. I design practice sites with a book-now button in the header, treatment pages that explain and reassure, real photos of the team, and forms that take 30 seconds. Then I wire the site to your booking and reminder system.

What does Dental Website Design include?
Dental website design is the planning, writing and building of a dental practice site. It lets a new patient check your services, insurance and dentists, then book from a phone. It is for single-location and multi-location practices that want a site they own. You end up with treatment pages, a new patient offer page, online booking and forms that keep health details out of email.
A good fit if
- Practices that want patients to book or request a visit from a phone
- Dentists adding implants, Invisalign or cosmetic work who need real treatment pages
- Offices leaving a rented marketing platform for a site they own
Probably not for you if
- Practices that want intake and medical history collected through ordinary web forms
- Owners with no time to review treatment drafts or supply team photos
- Multi-location groups expecting the single-practice price
What changes for your business?

Online booking for dentists and the first screen
Most visitors arrive on a phone, often straight from your Google listing, and some are anxious or in pain. The first screen has to show what kind of practice you are, where you are and whether you accept new patients. It also needs two buttons, book online and call. I keep both in a sticky header so they stay one tap away on every page.
Booking comes in two forms. If your practice software offers real-time scheduling, I place its widget or link so patients pick an open slot. If it does not, I build a short appointment request form. It asks for name, phone, new or existing patient, and a preferred time, and the front desk confirms by phone or text. In both setups the visitor gets an instant confirmation message, so they stop comparing other practices.
Service pages for implants and Invisalign
High-value treatments need their own pages because patients research them for weeks. An implant page should explain candidacy, the stages from consult to crown, healing time and how payment plans work. An Invisalign page belongs on the site only if you are a provider. If you offer another clear aligner brand, the page names that instead. Emergency dentist, cosmetic and family care pages follow the same pattern.
Every treatment page links to the dentist who performs it. Doctor bio pages carry real weight with nervous patients, so each one gets a proper photo, training, years in practice and a few human details. I write drafts from your notes, and you approve each clinical statement. Real photos of the office and team replace stock smiles wherever possible. For practices with several offices, each location gets its own page with address, hours, team and booking link.
A new patient offer page and careful forms
If you run a new patient special, it deserves its own page instead of a banner. The page states what is included, who qualifies, the price you set and any exclusions in plain words. It sits beside an insurance and financing page. That page lists the plans you accept and explains options for patients without coverage, including a membership plan if you have one.
Forms are where dental sites get careless. My website forms ask for contact details and a reason for the visit from a short dropdown. They never ask for medical history. New patient paperwork links out to the secure forms in your practice software. Notification emails carry a name and a phone number only. I am a developer, so your compliance advisor has the final say and I build to what they require.

Dental Website Design: the questions buyers ask.
Can you connect the site to my practice management software?
Most systems provide an online booking widget or link. I integrate that, or set up GoHighLevel booking and reminders if you do not have one.
How much does a dental website cost?
Single-location practice sites run $1,299 to $3,500 depending on page count and integrations. Multi-location practices are quoted after a call.
Should my dental website use real-time booking or an appointment request form?
Use real-time booking if your practice software supports it and your schedule is kept current. Patients like picking a slot, and the front desk makes fewer calls. If your schedule has many blocked or provider-specific slots, a request form with a fast callback works better than showing the wrong openings. I can set up either one and switch later.
Is a regular website contact form HIPAA compliant?
Treat a standard contact form as unsuitable for health information. I design forms to collect contact details only and keep clinical questions out. For intake and medical history, I link to the secure forms in your practice software. Another option is a form vendor that will sign a business associate agreement with you. Your compliance advisor should confirm the final setup.
My current site is with a dental marketing company. Can I take it with me?
Often you cannot take the site itself, but you can take what is yours. Many dental marketing contracts license the design and platform only while you pay. Your photos, logo and any text you wrote usually belong to you. Check the contract, and check who holds the domain registration. I then rebuild on a platform you own and redirect the old page addresses.
Do I need a separate page for each dentist?
Yes, if more than one dentist sees patients. People choosing a dentist want to see the person, and patients search for dentists by name. Each bio page covers training, focus areas, a real photo and a booking link. A solo practice can fold the bio into the about page, though I still give the dentist a clear section with a photo near the top.
