How quickly will you reply?
Within a few hours on most days, and always within one business day. I work US hours from Lahore, so a message sent during the US workday usually gets a same-day answer. WhatsApp is the fastest route if something is urgent.
What should I include in the brief?
A few lines on what you are building or fixing, the platform if you already have one, a link to the current site or funnel, any deadline, and a rough budget range if you have one. I do not need logins to quote. If something is unclear, I ask before I price it.
How do pricing and payment work?
You get a fixed quote before any work starts, with a list of exactly what is included. New clients pay half up front and half on delivery, by bank transfer, Wise or Payoneer, or by card through a payment request. Paying me directly means no marketplace fee on either side. Small fixes and ongoing tweaks can run hourly at $50 an hour if that suits you better.
Can I hire you through Fiverr or Upwork instead?
Yes. If you prefer marketplace protection, hire me through the same Fiverr and Upwork profiles the reviews on this site come from. Working directly is usually quicker to start and avoids the platform fee, but the choice is yours.
Do you sign NDAs or work under an agency's brand?
Yes to both. I sign an NDA on request before you share anything sensitive. For agencies I can work white-label: inside your accounts and sub-accounts, under your brand, reporting to you while your client deals only with you.
Do you work with clients outside the United States?
Yes. Most of my clients are in the United States, and I also work with clients in Canada, the UK, Australia and the UAE. Everything runs over email, WhatsApp and Zoom, and my working hours overlap US mornings and evenings.
What happens after the project is delivered?
Every project includes 30 days of fixes after delivery. After that you can move to a maintenance plan from $149 a month, or come back for hourly work whenever something needs changing.
