White-label GoHighLevel builds for agencies, priced per sub-account, under your brand

I am Talha Abid, a freelance GoHighLevel developer in Lahore who has built 65+ GHL systems since 2019, many of them inside agency accounts under the agency’s name. Client sub-account builds start at $497 each, snapshots and SaaS mode are quoted after a 30-minute call, and your clients never see my name. Agencies hire me for the build capacity they cannot keep on payroll: a new client sub-account set up from your snapshot in days, a snapshot designed from scratch for a niche, SaaS mode and rebilling configured, and the custom code your clients keep asking for. I work inside your agency account, follow your naming, and hand each build to your account manager with a Loom.

What does White-Label GoHighLevel for Agencies include?
White-label GoHighLevel work is build capacity an agency rents instead of hiring: client sub-accounts set up from the agency’s snapshot, new snapshots designed for a niche, SaaS mode and rebilling configured, and custom code inside client accounts, all done inside the agency’s account under its brand. It is for agencies selling GoHighLevel as part of a service or as their own software who need builds delivered on a schedule.
A good fit if
- Agencies onboarding new GoHighLevel clients every month who need the builds off their own plate
- Agencies launching a niche offer or a SaaS plan who want the snapshot built and tested before the first sale
- Agencies with inherited accounts that need an audit and a fix list rather than a rebuild
Probably not for you if
- Agencies that want a reseller to sell GoHighLevel for them; I build, I do not prospect
- One-off builds with no snapshot and no plan to repeat them, where the GoHighLevel expert page is the better fit
- Agencies expecting the per-sub-account price to include copywriting, photography or ad management
What changes for your business?
- 01
New client accounts go live in days from your snapshot, without pulling your team off sales and account management
- 02
Your clients see your brand everywhere: the app domain, the booking links, the emails and the handover video
- 03
A per-sub-account price you can mark up and put on your own rate card, with the scope written down
How white-label work runs
You add me as a staff user on your agency account, or on the one sub-account the job needs. I follow your naming for pipelines, workflows and custom values, post updates where your team already works, and write the handover in your format so it can go straight into your client’s folder. I sign your NDA if you have one, nothing I build for you appears in my portfolio without your written yes, and your client never gets an email, a Loom or a login page with my name on it.
What agencies usually send me
Four kinds of work, each with a price your rate card can sit on top of. Per-client sub-account builds from your snapshot, $497 each, with the client’s phone number, A2P registration, calendars, pages and workflows live in 5 to 10 working days. Snapshot and SaaS mode design for a new niche, quoted after a call. Custom code, calculators and API or webhook integrations inside a client account, from $297 each. And rescue work on accounts another freelancer left half-finished, at $50 an hour after an audit.
Capacity you can plan around
I take on a fixed number of agency builds a month, so recurring partners get booked slots rather than a waiting list. Tell me the month ahead, even roughly, and the time is held. A single sub-account build runs 5 to 10 working days from access to handover; a snapshot for a new niche takes two to three weeks because it is tested with fake leads until every workflow fires once and only once. Both get 30 days of fixes, which your account manager can call on directly.
What does White-Label GoHighLevel for Agencies cost, and what is in the quote?
Projects start at $497. Every item below is included. Nothing becomes an upsell later.
- Sub-account setup from your snapshot: pipelines, calendars, phone number, A2P 10DLC, workflows and funnel or site pages
- Snapshot design and testing for a niche, with custom values and a per-client onboarding checklist
- SaaS mode: plans in Stripe, the signup page, rebilling with markup and trial rules
- White-label domains: app domain, branded links, email sending domain and client portal
- Custom code, API and webhook integrations inside client accounts
- Handover Loom for your account manager, documentation in your format and 30 days of fixes
What white label means in practice
White label in GoHighLevel is a set of domains and a logo rather than a switch. The app domain, usually app.youragency.com, is a CNAME that puts your brand on the login page. A branded API domain changes the links the platform generates for forms, surveys and calendars. An email sending domain authenticates the emails your sub-accounts send, a sites domain is set per client for their funnels and site, and a client portal domain brands the login for courses, memberships and communities. HighLevel’s help center is explicit that the DNS records for one domain type must not be reused for another, so each is set up and verified on its own.
The gap most agencies discover late is the mobile app. The standard app your clients install is HighLevel’s, so the choice is the white-label mobile app at $497 a month, the browser-based portal for membership clients, or telling the client. I set the domains, the logo and the terms up once at agency level, check every link a client would ever click, and write down which option you chose for the app so account managers answer the question the same way.
Snapshots: the asset that makes agency work repeatable
A snapshot is a saved copy of a sub-account’s structure: pipelines, custom fields, calendars, forms, funnels, workflows, email and SMS templates and tags. Loading it into a new client account recreates all of that in minutes. What it does not carry are contacts, phone numbers, connected integrations, payment accounts and anything registered to the previous client, which is why every snapshot I build ships with a per-client onboarding checklist for exactly those steps.
The build is the part that takes time. I set up one master sub-account for the niche, move every business detail into custom values so the name, number and booking link change in one place, then run fake leads through every path until each workflow fires once and only once. Only then is it saved as a snapshot. When the master changes later, the updated snapshot can be pushed to the accounts that use it, which is how an agency improves twenty client accounts in an afternoon instead of twenty afternoons.
SaaS mode and rebilling: where the margin is
On the $497 Founder plan the SaaS Configurator turns the agency account into a product: plans defined in your Stripe account, a signup page under your brand, and a sub-account created automatically from your snapshot when someone pays. HighLevel’s help center notes that sub-accounts created this way have rebilling with a markup switched on by default, so SMS, calls and email are passed to the client at the price you set. The $297 Unlimited plan can pass those costs through at cost but cannot mark them up.
The mechanics decide the margin. HighLevel bills the agency first, usage is drawn from the agency wallet, and your Stripe charges the client, so a client with no card on file leaves rebilling on hold. I configure the plans, the trial rules, the failed-payment handling and the cancellation flow, test a signup end to end with a real card, and document what a client sees at each step. The pricing of the plans themselves is yours; I will show you the cost per sub-account so the number is built on something.

White-Label GoHighLevel for Agencies: the questions buyers ask.
Will my client ever see your name?
No. I work inside your account under a staff login, the handover video is recorded for your account manager, and every link, email and login page carries your brand. If your client asks who built it, the answer is your agency, and I have no page or post that says otherwise unless you approve one.
How do you price agency work?
Per-client sub-account builds are $497 each from your snapshot. Snapshot design and SaaS mode setup are quoted after a 30-minute call because the scope depends on how many plans and templates you sell. Custom code and integrations start at $297 per component, and rescue work is $50 an hour after an audit. Every figure is on the pricing page.
Can you work in our tools and our hours?
Yes. ClickUp, Asana, Slack, Notion, Loom and Google Drive are all normal, and I follow your templates. I work US hours from Lahore, so updates land in your morning and questions asked in your afternoon are answered the same day.
Do you sign an NDA?
Yes. Send yours; most agencies already have one. If you do not, I have a plain one-page agreement that covers client data, access and confidentiality.
Can you take over accounts another freelancer left half-finished?
Yes, and it is a large share of agency work. I audit the account first, list what is broken or missing with the fix for each, and quote the list. Most inherited accounts share the same faults: unfinished A2P registration, duplicate workflows, default calendars and tags used where pipeline stages should be.
Which plan does the agency need for white-label and SaaS work?
White-label domains and branding need no particular plan according to HighLevel’s pricing page and help center. Unlimited sub-accounts and rebilling at cost start on the $297 Unlimited plan. SaaS mode, automatic sub-account creation and rebilling with a markup need the $497 Founder plan, which HighLevel called Agency Pro until recently.
What does a snapshot not copy?
Contacts, conversations, phone numbers, connected integrations such as Stripe or Google, domain settings and anything tied to the previous client’s identity. Workflows that reference a specific user or calendar also need checking after a load. The onboarding checklist I write for each snapshot covers those steps in order, so a junior team member can finish a new account without guessing.
How should we brief you for a per-client build?
Send the client’s business name, services, service area, phone preference, the calendars and users they need, their logo and any pages they want, plus access to the sub-account. With that in hand, a build from your snapshot takes 5 to 10 working days, and the A2P 10DLC registration goes in on day one because the carriers approve it on their own timeline.
Can you build the snapshot and let our team do the per-client setups?
Yes, and many agencies prefer it. I build and test the snapshot, record a walkthrough for your team, and write the onboarding checklist. Your team loads it for each client and I stay available for the parts that need a developer, such as custom code or an integration.
