A GoHighLevel consultant who has built the thing you are deciding about

I am Talha Abid, a freelance GoHighLevel consultant and developer in Lahore, working US hours, with 65+ GoHighLevel builds and 200+ projects since 2019. A consultation is a recorded call where you bring the account, the plan or the problem and leave with a decision and a written next-step list: $80 for an hour or $40 for 30 minutes, booked and paid through Fiverr, or free for one hour when the call is about scoping a build I would do. The advice comes from accounts I have set up, not from a course. Most GoHighLevel questions do not need a build. They need someone who has done it to say which plan to buy, whether to move off ClickFunnels, why the texts are not sending, or what to charge for a SaaS plan. That is what the sessions are for. If the answer turns out to be a build, the call is free and the fixed quote arrives within one business day.

What does GoHighLevel Consultant include?

A GoHighLevel consultation is an hour with someone who has built and run the platform, spent on your decision rather than on a build: which plan, which platform, why a workflow fails, what an agency should charge. It is for owners and agencies who need an answer this week, want it from accounts that exist rather than from a course, and would rather pay for an hour than for a project they may not need.

A good fit if

  • An owner deciding whether to buy GoHighLevel, which plan, or whether to move off another platform
  • An account that mostly works and needs an hour on screen rather than a rebuild
  • An agency pricing a SaaS plan, designing a snapshot, or wanting a second opinion before a client call

Probably not for you if

  • Anyone who already wants the system built; the free scoping call and a fixed quote are the faster route
  • General marketing strategy, ad creative or copywriting, which are outside what I do
  • Support tickets HighLevel itself should answer, such as billing disputes or outages

What changes for your business?

  1. 01

A decision you can act on the same day, with the trade-offs written down and the recording to replay

  2. 02

The exact settings or steps for the problem you brought, shown on your own screen

  3. 03

No push toward a build: the session is the product, and a build only comes up if you ask for the quote

What a session covers

Which plan to buy and what the usage will really cost. Whether to move from ClickFunnels, Kajabi or a WordPress stack, and what would break. A live review of an account you already have: the pipeline, the workflows, the phone and email setup, the gaps. The design of a follow-up system before anyone builds it. For agencies: snapshot strategy, SaaS mode, rebilling and what to charge. And troubleshooting: A2P registration stuck, emails in spam, a workflow that fires twice or never.

How it runs

You book a slot in US daytime, send the questions or a user seat on the account ahead of time, and we spend the hour on your screen. The call is recorded and you get the recording with written notes and a prioritised next-step list within 24 hours, plus a week of follow-up questions by email. Paid sessions go through Fiverr, so you pay by card with Fiverr’s protection and the review you leave is public. Agencies that book several sessions a month can be invoiced directly.

When to book the free call instead

If you already know you want the account built, the funnel migrated or the automations installed, book the free one-hour call from the booking page. That call is scoping: I ask how a lead becomes a customer, what exists today and what you want to own at the end, and you get a fixed quote within one business day. There is no charge and no pressure; the quote stands whether you take it or not.

What does GoHighLevel Consultant cost, and what is in the quote?

Projects start at $80 an hour. Every item below is included. Nothing becomes an upsell later.

  • Recorded session and written notes within 24 hours
  • A prioritised next-step list with who does what
  • Plan and cost recommendation for your situation: Starter, Unlimited or Founder, usage, add-ons
  • Live review of your account when you share a user seat before the call
  • A week of follow-up questions by email
  • A fixed quote within one business day if any of it becomes a build

What people actually book a consultant for

Five questions account for most sessions. The first is the plan: Starter, Unlimited or Founder, and what the usage charges for calls, texts and email will add, which depends on volume no sales page will ask you about. The second is the move: whether to leave ClickFunnels, Kajabi or a WordPress and Mailchimp stack for GoHighLevel, what the rebuild involves and what breaks. The third is the account someone else set up: a live review that finds the unfinished A2P registration, the duplicate workflows and the default calendar nobody changed.

The fourth is design before build: how the pipeline should be shaped, which four workflows matter first, and what to leave out, so the build that follows is smaller and cheaper. The fifth is the agency question: whether SaaS mode is worth $200 a month more than Unlimited, how to price a plan above cost, and what the snapshot and onboarding checklist should contain. Each of those is answered better in an hour with the account open than in a week of forum threads.

A consultation, an audit or a build: which one you need

A consultation is live and conversational: you ask, I show, you decide, and the recording plus the notes are the record. It suits decisions and troubleshooting. A written account audit, at $149 and five working days, suits an account that is running and needs a full list of what to fix in what order; it is a document, not a conversation, and it is credited against the fix work if you hire me for it. A build, from $497, suits the account that does not exist yet or has to be redone.

People often start at the wrong end. An owner who wants the whole system set up does not need a paid consultation; the free scoping call exists for that, and the fixed quote follows within a business day. An owner whose account mostly works but feels wrong does not need a rebuild; an hour on screen usually finds the three settings that matter. If you are unsure which you need, the free call is the right first step, and I will say in the first ten minutes which of the three fits.

How to get the most out of one hour

Send the goal in one sentence before the call, and the numbers you have: leads a month, bookings, missed calls, the size of the list, the current bill. If you want the account reviewed live, add me as a user with the permissions the review needs and remove the seat afterwards; a login shared over chat is the one thing I will decline. Screenshots and a Loom of the problem work when access is not possible.

In the call, decide. The recording and the notes let you replay the reasoning, so the hour is better spent choosing than taking minutes. You will receive the recording, the written notes and a next-step list within 24 hours, each step marked with who does it: you, a VA, a developer, or HighLevel support. Follow-up questions by email are included for a week, which is usually long enough to act on the list and hit the first snag.

GoHighLevel Consultant: the questions buyers ask.

How much does a GoHighLevel consultation cost?

$80 for an hour or $40 for 30 minutes, booked and paid through Fiverr. A one-hour call to scope a build I would do is free, from the booking page. Agencies that book several sessions a month can be invoiced directly at the same rate.

Why do paid sessions go through Fiverr?

You pay by card with Fiverr’s buyer protection, the booking reads my Google calendar so the slot is real, and the review you leave afterwards is public and verifiable. Direct invoicing is available for agencies and repeat clients.

Can you fix things during the call?

Small things, yes: a workflow condition, a calendar setting, a sending-domain record. Anything bigger becomes a quoted fix or runs at $50 an hour after the call, with your agreement first, so an hour of advice does not turn into a surprise invoice.

Will you tell me if GoHighLevel is the wrong tool?

Yes. I build on ClickFunnels, Webflow, Shopify and WordPress as well, so I have no reason to push one platform. Some businesses need a cheaper single tool, some need ClickFunnels’ checkout, and some are better served by a care plan on what they already have.

What should I prepare?

The goal in one sentence, how a lead becomes a customer today, the numbers you have (leads, bookings, missed calls, list size), and a user seat on the account if you want it reviewed live. Screenshots work if you would rather not share access.

Can my agency book you as an on-call consultant?

Yes. Agencies book hourly blocks for their own questions and for calls with their clients, invoiced directly rather than through Fiverr. There is no retainer; you pay for the hours used, and the rate is the same $80 an hour.

Do you sign an NDA for a consultation?

Yes, yours or a plain one-page agreement of mine, before any access is shared. Agencies usually ask for this before a client call, and it is the normal way to work.

Is the free call really free, and what is the catch?

It is free when the call is about scoping a build, migration or automation install that I would do: you describe the situation, I ask the questions a quote needs, and the fixed quote follows within one business day with no obligation. If you want advice without a build, book the paid session, which is the same hour without the quote attached.

Can you consult on ClickFunnels, Webflow or Shopify too?

Yes, at the same rate. Most sessions are GoHighLevel because that is where the decisions are hardest, but platform choice between the four, migrations and funnel structure come up often, and I build on all of them.
