I am Talha Abid, a freelance GoHighLevel developer in Lahore, working US hours since 2019, with 10+ pest control sites and systems built on GoHighLevel, including Vinx Pest Control and MA Pest Control. I set up your pipeline from first call to recurring plan, missed-call text-back, plan reminders and seasonal campaigns, and hand off to the routing software that runs your trucks, for pest control companies and the agencies that serve them. The core setup is $497 fixed for one company, a quote funnel or full site moves it toward $1,500, and it is built in your own account in 5 to 10 working days with 30 days of fixes. A pest control company needs three things from its CRM: a reply to every lead before the next company answers the phone, a pipeline that runs from quote to recurring plan, and campaigns that sell next season's service to the customers you already have. I set that up inside your own GoHighLevel account, at a fixed price, in five to ten working days.

What does GoHighLevel for Pest Control include?
GoHighLevel for pest control is the CRM and follow-up layer of a pest control company: the pipeline from first call to recurring plan, the texts and emails that answer leads and remind customers, and the campaigns that sell seasonal services. It is for local pest control companies and the agencies that serve them, running alongside the routing software that runs the trucks.
A good fit if
- Pest control companies selling quarterly, bi-monthly or monthly plans with a phone-first sales process
- Owners who lose leads to slow replies and want texting, reminders and reviews handled automatically
- Agencies that serve pest control clients and want one snapshot to onboard them
Probably not for you if
- Companies that want GoHighLevel to replace routing and treatment records
- Owners who will not file the A2P registration under their own business details
- Companies with no plans and no follow-up to automate, where a booking form alone is enough
What changes for your business?
- 01
Every quote request and missed call answered by text within a minute, during and after office hours
- 02
One pipeline from first contact to recurring plan, with renewals and cancellations visible before they cost you
- 03
Seasonal and reactivation campaigns that sell the next service to customers you already have
What a pest control GoHighLevel setup includes
The core setup is a pipeline shaped around how pest control sells: new lead, contacted, inspection or quote, sold, scheduled, on a plan, and a lane for cancelled customers who get a reactivation message before the next season. Every form and missed call gets a text within a minute. Customers get a reminder before each visit, a review request after it, and a renewal reminder before the plan runs out. Commercial enquiries go to their own pipeline with a site-survey form. The A2P 10DLC registration goes in on day one so US carriers deliver your texts, and you get a recorded walkthrough at the end.
What it costs
The core setup for one company is $497 fixed: pipeline, calendar, phone number and email sending domain, the workflows above, the A2P filing and the walkthrough. Add a quote survey funnel or a full pest control site inside GoHighLevel, seasonal campaign templates and the handoff to your routing software, and the quote moves toward $1,500, still fixed before work starts. A full pest control website on GoHighLevel or WordPress is its own service from $999. After launch, a care plan from $149 a month covers monthly changes, or small fixes run $50 an hour. New clients pay half up front and half on delivery, and 30 days of fixes are included.
Built for pest control, not adapted to it
10+ of my builds are pest control companies, most of them under a pest control marketing agency's brand for its clients across the US, Canada and the UK. That is where the stage names, the reminder wording about side gates and pets, and the seasonal calendar come from. The same system clones into a snapshot, so an agency can onboard its next pest control client in a day instead of a week.
What does GoHighLevel for Pest Control cost, and what is in the quote?
Projects start at $497. Every item below is included. Nothing becomes an upsell later.
- Pipeline, stages, tags and custom fields for residential and commercial pest control
- Instant lead reply, missed-call text-back, visit reminders, review requests and plan renewal reminders
- Inspection and quote calendars with confirmations and reminders
- Seasonal campaign templates: termites and ants in spring, mosquitoes in summer, rodents in fall
- Phone number, email sending domain and A2P 10DLC registration
- Handoff to your routing software where an integration exists, Loom walkthrough and 30 days of fixes
The pest control pipeline, stage by stage
Residential leads move through new lead, contacted, inspection or quote, quoted, sold, scheduled and on a plan. Each stage change does something: a quote sent starts a three-day follow-up, a sold customer gets the prep instructions and the handoff to your routing software, a plan start sets the renewal date. Tags record the pest, the plan and the lead source, so you can see later which pests and which ad channels pay for themselves.
Commercial enquiries from restaurants, property managers and warehouses get their own pipeline, a site-survey request instead of a quote form, and a named contact who is accountable for the account. Cancelled customers do not disappear: they move to a lane that sends one message before the next season and one before the next year. Everything stays in your own account, with me added as a user.
Follow-up that runs while the trucks are out
A pest lead keeps calling companies until one answers, so the first workflow is an instant text and email to every form, and a text back to every missed call, with different wording inside and outside office hours. A quote that is not accepted gets a follow-up on day one, day three and day seven, then stops. Before a visit the customer gets a reminder that asks for open side gates and pets kept inside; after it, a review request with your Google link.
Renewal reminders go out before a plan ends, and the seasonal campaigns run on the calendar of your region: termite swarms and ants in spring, mosquitoes and wasps in summer, rodents in fall, each offered to the customers who do not have that service yet. Replies land in one inbox, opt-outs are honoured automatically, and the A2P 10DLC registration is filed on day one so the carriers deliver all of it.
Working with the software you already run
Routing, technician schedules and treatment records belong in pest control software such as FieldRoutes, PestPac or GorillaDesk, and I do not move them. GoHighLevel sits in front: it captures the lead, does the talking and the reminding, and hands the sold customer across. Where your software offers a connection, the handoff runs through Zapier, n8n or a webhook; where it does not, a short office step covers it.
Lead forms from Google, Facebook and lead-selling sites can be pushed into the same pipeline so nothing waits in an email inbox. A tracking number or your ported line records calls against the contact, and a simple dashboard shows leads by source and stage each month. If you run an agency, the whole setup becomes a snapshot with a per-client checklist, so each new pest control client starts from the same working system.

GoHighLevel for Pest Control: the questions buyers ask.
What does a pest control GoHighLevel setup cost?
The core setup is $497 fixed for one company. A quote funnel or a full site inside GoHighLevel, seasonal campaigns and a routing-software handoff move the quote toward $1,500. You get the fixed price and a list of what is included before any work starts. The GoHighLevel subscription is paid separately to HighLevel under your own account.
How long does the setup take?
Five to ten working days for one company. The A2P 10DLC registration goes in on day one and is approved by the carriers on their own timeline, so texting may start a little after everything else is live.
Does GoHighLevel replace my pest control routing software?
No. Routes, technician schedules and treatment records stay in software made for pest control, such as FieldRoutes, PestPac or GorillaDesk. GoHighLevel handles the lead, the follow-up, the reviews and the campaigns, and I pass sold customers across by integration where one exists or by a simple office handoff.
My account is already half set up. Can you fix it instead of starting over?
Yes, and that is a common starting point. I read every workflow before trusting it, finish the A2P registration, set up the sending domain, and rebuild only what is broken. A fixed quote follows a short look at the account.
Do you have pest control examples I can open?
Yes, 10+ of them. The cards on this page open live pest control sites built on GoHighLevel. Ask and I will send the ones closest to your market and describe the workflows behind them.
Can GoHighLevel sell recurring pest control plans?
It can take the first payment and set up a recurring charge through Stripe, which suits companies that price general pest plans online. Many owners prefer to keep billing inside their field software and use GoHighLevel for the signup, the reminders and the renewal messages. Either way works; what matters is that the plan dates are known to the system that sends the reminders.
Do I need a new website for this?
No. The forms, the quote survey and the calendars embed on the site you have, on WordPress or anything else, and the phone number and texting work without a site at all. If the current site is the problem, a pest control site built inside GoHighLevel is a separate service with its own fixed price.
Will the texting work from day one?
The workflows are live from day one, but US carriers only deliver business texts after the A2P 10DLC registration is approved, which takes days and sometimes weeks. I file it on day one with your business details, and email follow-up runs in the meantime. If a previous setup never finished the registration, that is the first thing I fix.
Can you build this for my agency's pest control clients?
Yes. Most of my pest control builds were done under an agency's brand for its clients. The setup becomes a snapshot in your agency account, with the contacts, numbers and integrations left out and a checklist for the per-client steps, so your team can onboard each new pest control client without me. White-label means no mention of me anywhere the client can see.
